The firm
SRN Hukuk & Danışmanlık was established in Eskişehir in 2005 by Pınar Turhanoğlu Gücüyener and Anıl Uysal. The firm has operated with the same partnership structure and in the same city since its foundation.
The firm works on the basis of continuing advisory relationships; knowledge of a client’s contractual structure, past decisions and recurring disputes is retained within the firm.

Our clients are predominantly companies. We advise on the contracts, disputes, debt collection and administrative proceedings arising from their commercial activities.
